By accessing or using the Elite Margin Desk platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Elite Margin Desk provides an automated algorithmic trading bot that operates on your personal exchange account (Bybit, MEXC, or other supported exchanges). The Service executes trades on your behalf using API keys you provide.
The Service is NOT financial advice, investment advisory, or portfolio management. We are a technology provider only. All trading decisions are made by automated algorithms, not licensed financial advisors.
Elite Margin Desk operates on a fully non-custodial basis. Your funds remain in your own exchange account at all times. We never request, hold, or control your assets directly. We access your account solely through API keys with trading permissions only (Orders and Positions) — withdrawal permissions must never be granted.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of the trading algorithm does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Subscription fees and profit-sharing arrangements are defined in the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Profit share is calculated based on realized PnL as reported by the trading bot and distributed according to the selected plan terms.
You are responsible for the security of your exchange API keys. Do not share your keys with third parties. Enable only the permissions required by the bot: Orders and Positions only — withdrawal permissions must never be granted. We store API keys in encrypted form and never transmit them in plain text. For additional security, we recommend: (1) IP-whitelisting the API key to our server on your exchange, and (2) using a dedicated subaccount with a limited balance rather than your main account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Margin Desk shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the event.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. You may discontinue use at any time by removing your API keys from the platform.
