- Exchange API keys — stored encrypted, used solely to operate the trading bot on your behalf.
- Trading performance data — PnL, trade history, and balance snapshots generated by the bot.
- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken within the platform (anonymized).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity and provide access to the platform.
- To operate the trading bot on your exchange account.
- To calculate and distribute profit sharing.
- To send service-related notifications (trade alerts, account updates).
- To improve the platform and fix technical issues.
3. What We Never Do
- We never sell your personal data to third parties.
- We never share your API keys with anyone.
- We never transmit your API keys in plain text.
- We never use your data for advertising purposes.
- We never access your exchange account for any purpose other than executing trades as configured.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database (Supabase) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. API keys are encrypted before storage. We follow security best practices including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication (session tokens) and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
- Vercel — platform hosting and deployment.
- Bybit / MEXC — your exchange account (governed by their own privacy policies).
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
